Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
These terms apply whenever you engage Sucharia (Sucharia Strategic Solutions) for custom development, AI consulting, or a subscription/license to one of our products. By engaging our services or subscribing to a product, you agree to the terms below.
1. Who we are
Sucharia Strategic Solutions is a founder-led software and AI studio operated by Baljeetsingh Sucharia, providing custom software development, AI tooling, and digital transformation services, and offering a set of packaged software products (eDukan, eSaathi, eNidaan, eVidya, eKriti) on a managed-subscription or one-time-license basis.
2. Custom development & consulting engagements
Every custom engagement (audit, fixed-scope build, or ongoing partnership) is scoped and priced in writing before work begins. That written scope — not this page — governs deliverables, timeline, and payment schedule for that engagement. Published starting prices on our Pricing page are indicative only.
3. Product subscriptions (managed)
Managed plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as agreed) and include hosting, updates, and support for the covered product. You may cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period, after which the hosted instance and its data may be taken offline. We’ll always give advance notice before that happens.
4. Product licenses (one-time)
A one-time license is a single payment for a working, self-hosted build matching the scope confirmed in writing at purchase. You’re responsible for your own hosting, security, and maintenance after delivery. Ongoing updates or support beyond the delivered version are available separately, by agreement.
5. Intellectual property
For custom, one-off development work, ownership of the final deliverable transfers to you upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Our packaged products (eDukan, eSaathi, eNidaan, eVidya, eKriti) and their underlying codebase remain our intellectual property; a subscription or license grants you the right to use (and, for licenses, to run and modify your own copy of) the product — it does not transfer ownership of the underlying platform.
6. Payment
Fixed-scope and one-time engagements typically involve a deposit before work starts and milestone payments as agreed in the written scope. Subscription fees are billed in advance for each billing period. Specific payment terms for your engagement are set out in your proposal or invoice, which take precedence over this page.
7. Limitation of liability
We deliver work to the standard agreed in writing and stand behind it, but we can’t be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (like lost profits or lost data) arising from use of our services or products, beyond the fees you’ve paid us for the specific engagement or subscription period in question.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above will reflect the latest version. Material changes affecting an active engagement will be communicated to you directly.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
